- 1 tablespoon sweet cocoa powder without powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin (cumin)
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 2x brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon corn flour
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee (or 1 espresso)
- Try salt and pepper
Steps to follow to make pepper with meat
- To make a spice mix: Combine all the spices in a small bowl. When all the spices / peppers have been used, first fry and cut separately.
- Mix a can of tomatoes in a food processor, food processor or blender. Add chicken / beef broth to saucepan and set aside.
