- Wash vegetables. Cut the potatoes into cubes, and cut the carrots into pieces. Chop the Chinese cabbage and celery.
- Chopped loin fried with meat and onion cubes.
- In a pot I sauté the beef, add the chicken and fry until the pink color is gone. Add salt and pepper. Add pork and onion to cooked chicken. Season the onion with a little salt.

- Add carrots and potatoes. Measure the wine and then add it.
