  1. Wash and Soak rice and urad dal overnight separately. Then drain water and Grind it separately. Now mix it in a mixing bowl and whisk it thorougly for 5 minutes or till it becomes fluffy. Now keep aside for 1 hour.
  2. Wash and chop coriander leaves, green chilli, ginger and transfer it in the rice dal batter. Add cumin seeds, salt and black pepper powder and mix well. Add 1-2 tb sp water if needed to adjust the consistency of batter and mix.
  3. Now heat cooking oil in a wok. Add slip this mixture with the help of your fingers in hot oil and deep fry till golden brown colour. Flip the side and fry from other side.
  4. Like wise make all the pakodis and transfer it in a plate.
  5. Serve hot with Peanuts Tomato chutney.
