Easiest Way to Make Any-night-of-the-week Lasagna
Hello everyone, this is Lewis, welcome to our recipe page. Today I'm going to show you how to make a unique dish, a step-by-step guide to making homemade lasagna very quickly. This is one of my favorite cooking recipes. This time I will make it a bit unique. It will be very pleasant.
When it comes to cooking, it's important to remember that everyone starts somewhere. I don't know of anyone who came with a wooden spoon ready to go. There's a lot to learn to become a celebrity chef and there's definitely room for improvement. Not only do you have to start with the basics of cooking, but you also have to start over once you understand how to prepare fresh dishes like Chinese, Chinese, Thai or Indian cuisine.

Many things about lasagna affect how well it tastes, starting with the type of ingredients, then the choice of fresh ingredients, the way it is presented and presented. Ingredients and seasonings for the lasagna:
- 1# beef
- 1 # pork (or mild sausage)

- You can add 2 tomatoes (6 oz)

- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt, divided
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 teaspoons fresh parsley, chopped (4 teaspoons dry)
- 12 lasagna noodles
- 16 ounces of ricotta cheese
- 1 egg
- 3 cups mozzarella cheese, chopped
- 3/4 cup grated parmesan
- Broken red pepper flakes, optional
Instructions for preparing lasagna
- Brown beef, pork, onion and garlic in Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add tomato paste, tomato paste, tomato sauce and water. Add sugar, basil, Italian seasonings, 1 tsp salt, pepper and 2 tbsp parsley (2 tsp dry). Add red pepper flakes if using. Cook covered for 1h30. Stir occasionally.
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta for 10 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water. Combine ricotta, egg, 2 tbsp parsley (2 tsp dry) and 1/2 tsp salt in a small bowl.
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Spray a 13"x9" baking sheet with cooking spray. Spread 1 1/2C of meat sauce on the bottom. Place a layer of pasta over the meat sauce. Sprinkle half of the cheese mixture. Top with 1C mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle some parmesan on top. Repeat the layer 2 more times and the top will be cheese. Cover with cling film to prevent the cheese from sticking.
- Bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 25 minutes. Refrigerate 15 to 20 minutes before slicing your lasagna.
- I saved 8 ounces of mozzarella cheese, so I cut it into layers of cheese.
